What We Hold offers therapy for individuals and couples. Areas of focus include infidelity and trust repair, intimacy and sexual wellbeing, discernment counseling, parenting support, anxiety, depression, stress, and relational conflict. Work may draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), creative and somatic approaches to help clients understand patterns, rebuild connection, heal and grow.
